Towards north of Mumbai lies Bordi, a quiety sea-side resort fringed by casuarinas. The Dahanu-Bordi beach stretches across approximately 17 kms. The area is famous for its chikoo and other fruit orchards. You can also visit Udvada, where the sacred flame of the zorastrians is kept burning. Bordi is also known for its boarding schools.
